Warranty

The warranty period from the date of purchase of the product is 6 months.

The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use.

How to change a size or product?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used.

During the Christmas period we have an extended return period until January 15 for purchases made after November 20.

To make a change you have two options:

1. You send us the product you wish to return and when we receive it we will send you the new product.

2. We send you the new product and when the carrier delivers it to you, you must hand over the product you want (the cost of this option is €5).

If you wish to make a change, please write to us at pedidos@oxdogpadel.es and include your order reference in the subject line.

How to make a return?

In the package you send us you must include a paper indicating the reference of your order (it is 9 letters) and indicating that you are requesting a refund . The shipping costs for a return will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an incorrect shipment. In such case, they will be fully covered by Oxdog Padel.

Once we receive the package , we will refund the amount to the same card you used to make the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you made the purchase by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please add your account number on the form so we can refund the amount.
