Exchanges and Returns

 Warranty

The warranty period from the date of purchase is 6 months.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or handling of the product or wear and tear resulting from normal use.

How to Exchange a Size or Product

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to make an exchange. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and completely new. We do not accept exchanges of products that have been used.

During the holiday season, we offer an extended return period until January 15th for purchases made from November 20th onwards.

To make an exchange, you have two options:

  1. Send us the product you wish to return, and once we receive it, we will send you the new product.

  2. We will send you the new product, and when the courier delivers it, you must hand over the product you want to return (the cost of this option is €5).

To request an exchange, email us at pedidos@oxdogpadel.es and include your order reference in the subject line.

How to Return a Product

Inside the package, include a note with your order reference (OX followed by 4-5 digits) and indicate that you are requesting a refund. The cost of shipping for a return is the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or it was an incorrect shipment. In such cases, Oxdog Padel will cover the cost in full.

Once we receive the package, we will process the refund to the same card used for the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If the purchase was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, please include your account number in the note for the refund.
